We love this place. We stayed one night last fall and experienced the most incredibly good breakfast the next day. We came back this summer to truly experience this lovely facility and the hiking trails. We loved every minute of our stay and our host Caroline and her staff were awesome! Caroline's breakfasts are incredible! Love this place!
This is one of the finest inns that we have visited. The historic inn is clean, neat and updated with modern amenities. The grounds are wonderful for relaxing or to access local trails. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is cheerful, welcoming and make you feel you are their most important guest. The breakfasts are delicious, and creatively crafted with local ingredients by a most accomplished chef.
We spent the weekend at Cranberry Meadows when looking for a place to relax and recharge. The experience exceeded our expectation. The charm of the rooms, common space and the bucolic environment of the property are amazing. If it is possible to feel at home in someone else's home, Cranberry Meadows has captured that experience for those who visit. We look forward to returning for all the aforementioned benefits and of course the home-cooked breakfast from Carolyn and team. This weekend was the perfect ending to our two month stay with our granddaughter and her parents in MA. Thank you for all the hospitality and comfort. We look forward to a future visit!
What an absolute gem! My family (my husband, toddler, and my parents) had a beautiful stay at Cranberry Meadow Farm. The breakfasts each morning were fresh, unique, and simply divine. Carolyn and team did such a wonderful job, the hospitality exceeded expectations. Angel was just so nice and friendly. The place itself is gorgeous and the grounds immaculate. When we left we started to plan our next visit. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Five stars is not enough .The place is magical with modern rooms in a 1797 building totally renovated on a huge beautiful property. Rooms are ultra clean, well decorated, great shower. The set up is magical. What makes this place stand out is Carolyn the owner/chef. Not only she is an incredible and creative chef( I am a foodie and French) but she goes above and beyond to try to make you feel comfortable. We also had a delicious dinner cooked by Carolyn for us! Thank you Carolyn for all your care. We will be back for sure! Christine
What a delightful experience! We stayed there for 4 nights in the Tucker room. This was one of the smaller rooms but it exuded charm with its exposed beams yet thoroughly modern shower. But its the food that will draw me back. It’s not a B&B, it’s a B&GB - Bed and Gourmet Breakfast! Carolyn’s breakfast each morning was such a treat and one of the highlights each day. We will be back!
I cannot give a more glowing review of my stay at Cranberry Meadow Farm. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. You are truly at home though the service is excellent. The breakfast is world-class and that alone is worth the price of admission. If you seek a high-end stay in a modern home with grand history this is the destination. You will be very happy with this choice.
Just returned from three gray and rainy Peterborough May days made magical by our stay in Cranberry Meadow Farm. Truly, the beauty, warmth and comfort of this unique New England inn, created and hosted by Carolyn, provided a nest of sunshine that we shall treasure for a long long time.
